We have a pro-active attitude to Health, Safety & Environmental issues, these are the fundamental drivers for our company. Investing in these issues insures we are prepared for the future.
All our workforce have CISRS cards, which are relevant to the level of scaffolding works they are carrying out. We ensure all charge hands hold Supervisor or SSSTS cards.

All our operatives are trained to erect scaffolds to TG20:13, and in accordance with SG4:15. We work closely with Health & Safety Consultants who assist us in ensuring our working practices are to the highest safety standards. Where necessary we work closely with designers to provide you with a high standard of drawings.

Toolbox talks are carried out routinely by our contracts managers from the Construction Skills GT700. In addition to these we have worked alongside our health and safety consultants to put together trade specific 'control measures' which are educated to our operatives through further toolbox talks.

Gatwick Scaffolding are actively enrolling operatives on the Construction Skills Apprentice Training Programme, at the end of which the operative will have a scaffold (NVQ 2) qualification.
